We Have an Offer! What Now?

  • In today’s market, we see Buyers and their Agents use different techniques to strengthen their offers and make them stand out in a competitive situation.

    We will educate you on these techniques and explain each offer in great detail so that you can thoroughly compare multiple offers to make the best decision about your home.

    TIP: You can EXCLUDE items that you want to keep. It is important that these items are clearly noted in the final contract to avoid confusion.

  • The closing is the culmination of your journey as the home owner(s) and the transition to your next chapter.

    At the closing you will sign the transfer documents and the deed. It is also the time you will receive payment for the property and provide the buyer(s) with the keys to their new home. This is also the best time to provide information about warranties that transfer with the property (roof, windows, etc).
